Ms. Priyanka Jain is a Founder Partner of the firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with over 09 years of experience in corporate governance and legal compliance. As a Qualified Independent Director, she specializes in secretarial and legal compliances, backed by certifications in FEMA and a law degree (LLB).

She possesses deep expertise in SEBI Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) registrations, guiding clients through the end-to-end registration process across all AIF categories (Category I, II, and III). She has successfully assisted numerous fund managers and investment entities in structuring their AIFs, obtaining SEBI approvals, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Her proficiency extends to SEBI Regulations, RBI, and FEMA compliance, with a strong track record in securing regulatory approvals for various market intermediaries, including portfolio managers, investment advisers, and brokers. Additionally, her expertise in Stock Exchange listing compliances further strengthens her ability to navigate complex corporate transactions, including mergers, takeovers, and restructuring.

I am introducing CS Arvind Kumar Meena, the past chairman of the ICSI Indore Chapter. He is a Fellow member of the ICSI and holds Commerce and Law degrees from the University of Rajasthan. He has secured AIR-3 in Company Law Quiz Competition-2014 conducted by ICSI and having 10 years' experience in the field of corporate law consultancy, secretarial & compliance management services.

Furthermore, he is empanelled with the Independent Director Databank maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and serves as an Independent Director in several companies. He is also recognized by DPIIT as a startup mentor. His wide-ranging experience includes startup funding and FEMA compliance, where he has provided consultancy for multiple funding rounds totaling over â‚¹500 Crore for client companies.

He is also actively involved with the ICSI, serving as a member of the task force for various publications and currently as a member of the PCS committee of the WIRC, ICSI.
